Tuners

Our customers may choose between two types of tuning machines, Grover Sta-Tite 98 Series and Sta-Tite 97-18 Series.

The standard 98 Series tuner has a gear ratio of 14:1 (14 full turns of the knob for 1 full rotation of the string post). These tuners have a stamped plate housing, brass gear and solid metal oval knobs. Available in nickel

For a slightly smoother tuning experience we recommend upgrading to the 97-18 Series, with a ratio of 18:1. This tuner features a cast housing, brass gear and solid, slightly larger and more comfortable butterbean knobs. Available in nickel and gold

Both tuner models come with a lifetime warranty.
